Self-cleaning pipe filters

Self-cleaning filter is composed of the main components of the filter body, stainless steel filter, reducer motor, differential pressure monitoring and control piping, cleaning agencies, transmission shaft, electric drain valve and electrical control box.
Water into the filter, the filter will be retained by the dirt, the water is purified water. The dirt collects on the screen, causing the pressure difference between the inner and outer surfaces of the screen. When the pressure reaches the preset value (such as 0.5kg / cm2), then start the cleaning process. The differential pressure sensor sends a signal to the control box to actuate it to open the electric blowdown valve and reducer. The reducer drives the stainless steel cleaning device to rotate to remove dirt impurities, and discharges the filter through the drain valve under the action of water flow, and the cleaning time is 50-60 seconds.
This filter has the advantages of light weight, low cost, high cleaning effluent strength, good effect, low recoil drainage water consumption, pressure drop. The device backwash filter to achieve non-stop.
